EDUCATION AND TRAINING:
We provide the following ministries to train, equip and empower our members:
Academic and Bible Training (Eph 4:11-12) designed to educate, train, equip, and prepare God’s people for works of Christian service. We also provide courses, instruction and developmental training opportunities for those who are answering the call into the 5-fold ministry (Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors and Teachers).
Foundation Ministry (2 Tim. 2:19) coordinates and schedules comprehensive eleven-week biblical classes designed to prepare Believers for public service, helps ministry service, and for experiencing a victorious Christian life. It is our desire to encourage and support each student as they pursue the call of God in their lives, and to see them prepared to do God's work.
New Members Ministry (Acts 2:41-47) provides classes to help New Believers firmly establish their commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ, His Word and to His Church. This class provides the information and guidance you need to successfully begin your new life in Christ, and it opens up the doors for you to actively serve at Total Victory.
SERVICE AND MINISTRY DESCRIPTIONS:
Member Care Ministry (Gal. 5:14; 1 Tim. 5:8; John 17:12) provides access to the many opportunities and resources available to the Body of Believers at Total Victory. The goal of the Member Care Ministry is to treat God's children like royalty, and to foster a healthy environment where everyone experiences supernatural growth, spiritual development and maturity.
Helps Ministry (1 Cor. 12:28; Ex. 17:11, 12) is a supernatural ministry set in the Church by God to provide assistance to the Pastor and the 5-fold Ministry Offices to fulfill the overall vision of the church, and to meet the spiritual and operational demands of the Ministry for both members and guests participating in worship and activities of Total Victory.
Facilities Ministry is designed to maintain God’s House in Excellence, and to create a healthy environment where people can receive life changing ministry.
Security Ministry Team operates to ensure the safety and well being of all who attend our facility and worship services.
Administration Ministry coordinates the scheduling and administration required to facilitate accurate documentation of important ministry related records and events.
Finance Ministry Team provides accountability, maintenance and oversight of the record keeping of all church related financial transactions.
Business Development Ministry Team oversees our business activities, and develops strategies to create economic engines that support our mission, ministries, outreaches and programs.
Intercessory Prayer Ministry Team has accepted the responsibility of interceding to the Lord on behalf of the church and ministries of TVC.
Altar Ministry Team assists to protect the anointing provided by our Ministers during times of prayer and invitational altar calls.
Evangelism Ministry Team meets regularly to fulfill the Great Commission by consistently and publicly proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ in ways that will transform people, families, communities and work place environments.
Audio and Video Ministry exists to capture the anointed ministry delivered at TVC, and to make it available to all those seeking spiritual growth resources and tools.
Marketing and Media Ministry (Psalm 68:11) is responsible for developing marketing strategies, concepts, schedules and materials that helps us communicate the gospel in effective, impactful ways through books, teaching audios and videos, and children's materials.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH
Family In Distress is our 501c3 outreach that provides training, coaching, mentoring, counseling, advocacy, mediation, intervention, classes and workshops at multiple locations throughout Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach Counties designed to empower youth, individuals and families who are at-risk to personal and family crisis, academic failure, homelessness and incarceration.
We provide the education, tools, strategies, resources and support needed to resolve conflicts, overcome barriers, increase family reunification, achieve self-sufficiency, reduce homelessness, and to reduce recidivism.
